Repairs
Repair when it can be repaired, and say when it can't
A lifted tile or a failed flashing is a repair. A roof that's worn through across a slope is not, and we write that down with photos.
Either way, the vents get looked at while we're up there. A repair visit is a good time to put mesh on an open vent.

Repair questions
Can you repair a wood shake roof?
We can replace a few shakes if you ask. The roof stays not Class A, and we say so on the estimate.
How do I know if a repair is enough?
The findings say. If the roof is worn across a slope or the deck is soft, we write that replacement is the better choice and show the photos.
Can you cover a leak right away?
We book inspections and repairs on weekdays. If a roof is leaking now, call the office and we say when a crew can come.
Describe the problem
A photo by text, or a call, is enough for us to book the visit.
