Before you book
What should I have ready?
The street address, your roof's age if you know it, and the insurer's letter if you have one.
Who comes to the house?
A crew lead, who goes on the roof, looks in the attic and photographs the vents.
Do I have to be home?
For the walkthrough of the findings, yes. The roof inspection itself doesn't need you there.
